Szafi Reform Hungarian creamy paprika sauce base (gluten-free)

We recommend it for home-made dishes, meat or vegetable-based stews, plant-based paprika sauce noodles or pasta, but you can also make sandwich spread, potato pasta, and lecsó with it. The powder base is dairy-free, egg-free, corn-free, and contains no artificial flavour enhancers.

Preparation

Cook the meat or eggplant in 300 ml of water, 10 g of lemon juice, and 40 g of Szafi Reform Hungarian creamy paprika sauce base mixture until half-cooked, covered, then completely soft, uncovered, stirring frequently so that it does not stick.

Then mix 200 ml of vegetable cream, 2 g (1 teaspoon) of lemon juice, and 20 g of base, and thicken the stew with it while stirring continuously.
After cooking, let it rest for at least 10 minutes, covered, so that any stew juice that may have stuck to the bottom of the pot softens, thus avoiding scrubbing the pot after cooking.

Serving suggestion

Consume mixed with Szafi Reform or Szafi Free tarragon as tarragon meat.
