The silky, rich flavour of vanilla harmonises wonderfully with the fresh, distinctive aroma of matcha. M Matcha Vanilla is a blend of first and second harvest matcha tea with a sweet, full-bodied flavour and a vibrant green colour.

What is MATCHA?

Matcha is 100% green tea, but thanks to its special cultivation and processing, 1 serving of matcha tea has the beneficial effects of 10 servings of green tea.

It is grown in the shade: this way it produces an extraordinary amount of chlorophyll and nutrients, which is why it owes its wonderfully green colour and special aroma to this, among other things.

It is ground into powder: since we consume the entire tea leaf this way, we get 100% of the beneficial effects. During steeping tea, this is only 10%

• those who primarily want to enjoy the beneficial effects of matcha tea

• those who like the taste of matcha, but do not consume it as tea, they prefer flavoured matcha lattes or healthy energising smoothies

• those who like to experiment in the kitchen and like to use matcha tea as a special ingredient

Use

Matcha latte: Pour 0.5 teaspoon (1g) of matcha powder into 60-80ml of water cooled back from boiling (80 ̊C), then stir until frothy. Pour into cold or warm milk and enjoy it this way, or flavour it to your liking.

Smoothie: Put a small spoonful of matcha powder into your smoothie, shake, porridge or cookies and enjoy its special flavour and beneficial effects.

Storage

After opening, keep closed and refrigerated. Do not expose to direct light and heat.
