Beef slices seasoned, salted, steamed, dried and smoked. 100g of finished product is made from 225g of raw beef. Packed in a protective atmosphere and can be stored without refrigeration. It is recommended to consume within 48 hours after opening. Any white coating that may appear on the product does not indicate a change in quality.

The oxygen absorber bag in the bag is not edible! The product can be consumed immediately after opening. Excellent for snacking, entertaining guests, hiking, but also for satisfying "sudden hunger" between main meals.

Our company was founded in 2002, and today we are practically the largest producers of dried meat in the Czech Republic. As a child, he was fascinated by Indian stories, and as an adult, an American western vacation was a must. Not much remains of the proud culture of the Indians today, with one exception: dried meat according to old Indian recipes! This method of preserving tasty meat, which is essentially unchanged, fascinated them, and so the idea was born to produce this meat themselves and optimize its taste. They tested this for several years and researched the best recipes until the time came and they founded the company Indiana sro in the Czech Republic.
