Béres Tokaji Pezsgő Brut

An extremely lively, dynamic, vibrant, yet full and elegant Tokaji sparkling wine made from 100% Hárslevelű. A dry, fresh, yet very rich sip with the notes also appearing in its aroma: apple, pear and peach, citrus fruits and rhubarb, marked minerality, which together with the grapefruit citrus and the tart green apple character remain long in the finish.

Tokaji sparkling wine made from 100% Hárslevelű grapes, using the traditional sparkling wine making process. The grapes were pressed as whole bunches, with a maximum pressure of 1 bar. The must was fermented in a controlled manner, with the help of selected yeasts, at 16°C. After sparkling and 36 months of ageing on lees, 5 grams of expedition liqueur were added during disgorging.

Every drop is Béres. The Béres Szőlőbirtok in Erdőbénye was founded in 2002 by the Béres family, known for Hungarian pharmaceutical production. The aim of the winery is to produce and sell outstanding quality Tokaji wines, both domestically and internationally, and through this work to serve the Tokaj wine region, to raise its name and to introduce it to the world. Over the past 20 years, the winery has become a defining player in the Tokaj wine region, its wines have won numerous domestic and international awards, and are worthy companions to high-quality gastronomy.

Storage

Can be consumed immediately after removing the packaging. Store at 10-15 degrees, in a dark, closed place, consume within 1-2 days after opening.
