Usage instructions

1. Insert a NESCAFÉ® Farmers Origins India capsule into your Nespresso® machine.
2. Select the appropriate cup size - 40 ml.
3. Let your Nespresso® machine brew your espresso and enjoy.

About the brand

In 1929, Nestlé was given the challenge of helping to preserve the huge surplus of coffee beans in Brazil following the Wall Street Crash. Nestlé accepted the challenge.

Our coffee expert, Max Morgenthaler, was given the task of creating a delicious cup of coffee by simply adding water. Max and his team worked hard to find a new way to make instant coffee that kept the natural flavour of the coffee. In 1938, they found the solution and NESCAFÉ was born. The name NESCAFÉ was created by combining the first three letters of Nestlé and the word ‘café’, a new name for coffee at the time.
