Preparation suggestion

It is recommended to consume 1 - 1.5 liters of Nursing Tea Blend daily. We recommend consuming the tea from the day of delivery until the last day of breastfeeding.

• Boil water in a water heater or on the stove (just not in the microwave), and let it cool down a bit after it boils. The ideal tea water temperature for Nursing Tea Blends is around 80℃.
• To make a cup (500 ml) of tea, it is enough to use one heaped teaspoon of tea leaves (2 - 2.5g).
• Place the tea blend in a tea strainer (it can be a paper filter or other tea strainer, but we do not recommend using metal tools), then slowly pour the tea water cooled to the appropriate temperature over it.
