Preparation Instructions

This tea can be consumed hot or cold, depending on your taste and the time of day. It is perhaps best enjoyed fresh, as a hot beverage has beneficial effects on your body and mood.

• Boil water in a kettle or on the stovetop (but not in the microwave), and once it has boiled, let it cool for a bit. The ideal water temperature for Stress Relief Tea Blends is around 80℃.
• To make one mug (500 ml) of tea, use one heaped teaspoon of tea leaves (2.5-3g).
• Place the tea blend in a tea infuser (you can use a paper filter, tea egg, or other tea infuser), then slowly pour the water that has cooled to the right temperature over it. The tea is delicious on its own, but if you want to sweeten it, use honey if possible. Once it is ready, put a lid on it so that neither the heat nor the natural aromas escape prematurely, and wait 10-15 minutes before you start drinking it.
