Ukko Menopause Tea Blend

The tea blend is composed of carefully selected herbs, which have beneficial effects on the female body individually, but together they offer a surprisingly effective, complex solution for treating the rather complex problems associated with menopause.

The Menopause Tea Blend has been expanded with three new ingredients (orange peel, lime blossom and Indian lemon balm), which have made it much tastier and more effective. Among other things, the new herbs enhance the calming, antispasmodic and restorative effects of the tea blend. Consumption of the tea blend is not recommended in case of sensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients.

Preparation instructions

• Boil water in a kettle or on the stove (but not in the microwave), and after it boils, let it cool for a bit. The ideal water temperature for Menopause Tea Blends is approx. 80℃. 
• To make one cup (500 ml) of tea, it is enough to use one heaped teaspoon of tea leaves (2.5-3g). Increasing the dose of tea leaves will not result in a significantly better effect, since the effectiveness of the blend is more potent than that of single-component teas due to the synergy of the plants, so exceeding the recommended amount is unnecessary.
• Place the tea blend in a tea strainer, then slowly pour the tea water that has cooled to the appropriate temperature over it. The tea is naturally delicious, but if you want to sweeten it, use honey if possible. When it is ready, put a lid on it so that neither the heat nor the natural aromas escape prematurely, and wait 10-15 minutes before you start drinking it.

It is advisable to consume 1 cup (400-500ml) of tea twice or three times a day, during the day. Take the time, it's worth it. Sip the tea slowly, let the pleasant aromas permeate your senses. The tea blend has a pleasant, harmonious taste, it will not be difficult to love it.
