Usage
For 1 serving of cooked food (soups, sauces, rice, vegetables and meat dishes), add 1 teaspoon (3 g) of Vegeta, 5 minutes before the end of cooking. For a fuller flavor, sprinkle the meat and fish with Vegeta to taste before baking.
