Interesting fact

Making puff pastry products is a real art. The margarine layer folded into the dough blocks provides the base, but the various added values and a light, loose texture make the puff pastry products complete. The excellent taste is provided by domestically and European-grown fruits, as well as the carefully developed technology.

Preparation suggestion:

• The products do not need to be thawed.
• Place the frozen products on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, making sure to keep a distance of at least 2 cm between the products.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 185 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
• It is recommended to add 20 ml of steam during baking.
• If the oven does not have a steam dispensing function, it is recommended to moisten the surface of the products with water before baking.
