Fiber-rich energy ball recipe

Ingredients for 20 balls:

• 1 serving of vanilla FiberShake
• 1 dl milk/milk substitute
• 150 g oatmeal
• 150 g peanut butter or cashew butter
• 4 spoons of honey or date syrup
• 3 spoons of chopped almonds or grated coconut

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the chopped almonds/grated coconut
2. Form small balls
3. Roll the finished balls in the chopped almonds or grated coconut

Producer information

We are Fanni and Bálint Vadász, the founders of the activé brand. We created the activé FiberShakes in 2018 with the aim of bringing fiber consumption habits closer to professional recommendations. In our mid-20s, the constant problem in our hectic everyday lives was finding a solution for quality meals. We were looking for a product that was rich in fiber, easy and quick to prepare, contained only natural ingredients, and most importantly, was delicious.

We couldn't find one, so we created it: after extensive product development, FiberShake was born, made from 100% natural ingredients and gut-friendly ingredients. A single serving provides a third of our recommended daily fiber requirement.
