Story Cubes is a family party game for larger groups. Players weave the symbols they roll into a story, without any constraints: they can tell stories in turns, each telling their own story – or even together, continuing each other's thoughts. This basic set contains simpler symbols. It can be combined with a variety of themed sets and accessories. A board game that develops creativity, vocabulary and self-expression.

About the brand

Gémklub started as a board game club in 1986 and grew out of it as a board game publisher. Initially, a few alternative thinking young people made their get-togethers meaningful by playing board games. The most dedicated members of the team founded Gém Klub Első Magyar Játékkiadó Kft. in 2001, but real business activity was only associated with the non-profit activity from 2006, with the launch of Hungary's first board game webshop and professional website. In Hungary, Gémklub was the first to publish board games with the author's name on the box. At the time of the publisher's foundation, the selection included only a few self-developed board games and a few foreign games with Hungarian translations.
During its more than 20 years of existence, Gémklub board game publisher has published 24 self-developed board games from 14 Hungarian game authors, nearly 350 foreign games in Hungarian, and has marketed several thousand games with Hungarian translations.
Several of the games published by Gémklub have won the international Spiel des Jahres, – Game of the Year award: 2010: Dixit, 2013: Hanabi, 2015: Colt Express, 2016: Codenames, 2017: Kingdomino, 2018: Azul, 2019. Just One, 2020. Pictures, and in 2022 Cascadia became the Game of the Year.
