Nádudvari Cevapcici

Cevapcici is a popular choice for grilling during the barbecue season. Its relatives are known and consumed all over the world. In some places, it is known as cevapcici, pljeskavica, mics, kofta, or kebab. Its soul is the good quality minced meat of various kinds, but the seasoning also plays an important role. Nádudvari Élelmiszer Kft., a 100% Hungarian-owned company located near the Hortobágy National Park, was established on 1 September 2007. The legal predecessor of their meat plant has been operating since 1969, milk processing has been taking place in their dairy plant since 1975, and the frozen food business was launched in 2010.

Storage

Store at -18°C or below, frozen. Maintains its quality until the date indicated on the packaging.
