Product Description

Uniformly round, with a diameter of at least 95 mm. Slice thickness max. 2mm. The product is not soft, it can be sliced well. On the cut surface, there are no pieces of tendon and connective tissue membrane larger than 3 mm and no air cavities larger than 5 mm, at most a few smaller ones are visible. Not chewy, does not release juice when sliced, can be sliced without deformation. The cut surface is light pink, with a scent and flavour typical of cured meat. No foreign scents or flavours can be detected. Pleasantly salty, spicy flavour.

Storage

Store at a temperature between 0 – (+5) ºC, in unopened packaging.
After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
