Suggested use

Make a delicious salad with mayonnaise, salad vinegar, sour cream, grated cheese in minutes. Steamed, it is also an excellent choice as a side dish.

Preparation

Traditional way:
Pour the frozen Mexican vegetable mixture into boiling salted water without thawing and cook until tender for 8-10 minutes.

In a microwave oven:
Pour the frozen Mexican vegetable mixture into a microwaveable container without thawing. Steam until tender for 8-10 minutes, adding a little salted water or fat.
