Fleurs de Prairie comes from hand-picked vineyards in the Languedoc region, some of which have vines that are over 50 years old. It has a pale salmon colour, with delicate flavours of red fruits and citrus, and subtle hints of tropical fruit on the finish. Its lively, refreshing acidity makes it the perfect partner for a meal or as an aperitif. Pair this light-bodied wine with lighter dishes, using the fruity flavours to match summer fruits and vegetables, or enjoy it with fresh fish or lighter proteins, grilled with fresh herbs.

The rosé is a blend of 43% Grenache Noir, 40% Syrah, 9% Carignan, 5% Cinsault, 3% Mourvèdre grapes, some of the finest varieties in the Côtes de Provence region. Harvested between August and September, the grapes for this elegant wine are pressed directly, ensuring a light, fresh style. The grapes are fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks, and vinified separately to bring out the best characteristics of each variety. The alcohol content is 12.5%.

Crafted by the family-owned Les Grands Chais de France, Fleurs de Prairie is a Mediterranean blend of sun, wind, gentle water stress and oceanic influence, providing the ideal conditions for the grapes to reach a perfect balance of flavour and freshness.
