Description
The common geranium or peasant geranium (Pelargonium x zonale) hardly needs an introduction, given its immense popularity in our country, as a plant originating from South Africa that adorns balconies and gardens.
The purchased plant must always be repotted to ensure its long-term survival indoors. We recommend repotting them into a larger pot or container so they feel comfortable in a heated apartment and do not wilt. It is important not to forget to spray them (with water)!

Interesting facts
It's no exaggeration to say that there's probably no old farmhouse or romantic garden where it doesn't appear, planted in a tub or balcony box. It reached Europe in the 1600s, and since then, many varieties have been bred.
Care
The geranium is not a particularly demanding plant, but it appreciates care. It is advisable to choose a sunny, warm spot for it; southeast, southwest, and south-facing locations are all suitable. Its water requirement is lower than that of trailing geraniums, but it still means watering once a day.
