In the early years, the company was involved in the preservation of fruit and vegetables. After the Second World War, Dr. Willi Knoll was one of the first to enter the market for potato products. In 1953, the company transformed its product range to specialize primarily in dried potato products. To this day, they have remained true to the potato – with a constantly expanding product range.
