Csabai Cserkész dry sausage delicacy

Smoked dry sausage made by drying and maturing. Well-sealed, unbroken packaging, the product's labelling is adequate in all respects. Sausage stuffed into an edible beef collagen casing with a diameter of approx. 22 mm, with a circular cross-section. The cut surface reveals meat grains of 4-6 mm in size, coloured red by paprika, and bacon grains of the same size, coloured orange-red by paprika, embedded in the meat pulp, evenly distributed. Densely flexible, well-bound, not crumbly, not soft, not too crusty, easy to slice, free of bone splinters.

Usage information

Store in a refrigerator after opening and consume within 10 days.
