Viking cold smoked salmon fillet slices
The salmon fillet is prepared using the traditional method of cold smoking with beech wood - during which the temperature of the salmon fillet cannot exceed 28°C - thus creating the noble flavour characteristic of the product. We use beech wood chips for smoking, which experts recommend specifically for smoking salmon.
Pay attention to a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle! Fish oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. EPA and DHA contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. This amount is contained in 20 g of product.

Use
