Suggested use

Season the food with Vegeta during cooking or before baking. 1 teaspoon (approx. 3 g) is enough to season 250 ml of soup, sauce, pasta, rice and potato dishes. Sprinkle the meat and fish generously on both sides. You do not need to add salt to the food prepared in this way.
