Product description
The surprising friendship of spinach and goat feta is combined with fresh cream cheese and a little garlic.
The feta made from goat's milk is a snow-white, rindless cheese. It is matured in salted whey for two weeks, when it reaches its strong, salty and sour taste. It is an easily crumbled, grainy cheese with small holes. It is added, finely diced, to the white, soft, light goat's cream cheese.
It is richly seasoned with steamed spinach, to which a little garlic is indispensable. We recommend spreading it on toast, as a dip for vegetables or even with pasta. But it is best to spoon it up on its own.
Producer information
The Ezüst kecske family farm has been making cheeses and other products from the excellent quality milk of their goats since 2010. The creator and realiser of the goat paradise on Szentendre Island, Tahitótfalu, is Matyi, while Rea makes delicious cheeses from the goat's milk.
Their primary goal is quality and cleanliness both in the cheese dairy and with the animals. The well-being of the goats is just as important to them as making tasty, delicious cheeses.
The goat's milk, which comes from such conditions, is delicious, mild in flavour and healthy. This forms the basis of the cheeses they make from it. The background to their specialities is their love of creative work with them.
