The Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Szürkebarát and Sárgamuskotály blend of the seven-hectare Barátszőlő vineyard in Balatonszőlős. Intense and clean, with a characteristic floral scent, full-bodied, fruity and lively in taste. Citrus fruits, quince, a touch of oriental spice, minerality at the end.

Figula Winery was founded in 1993 in the Balaton region, known as the jewel of the Pannonian landscape. The great-grandfather, István Tolnay, was one of the most respected winegrowers in Balatonfüred in the 19th century, so the path was also marked out for the grandchildren. In order to achieve the highest quality, the family carries out or supervises every process from the care of the grapes to the bottling of the wines. In addition to respecting traditions, they use the most modern technical and technological possibilities in their work.

Our vineyards are located in Balatonfüred, Balatonszőlős, Pécsely, Csopak and Tihany. On the currently 30-hectare estate – in the spirit of terroir farming in the classical sense – they treat the yield of their vineyards separately, working with strict yield restrictions – showcasing the diversity of the wine region. Our winery primarily deals with the production of white wines, so we grow 80% white and 20% blue grapes in our vineyards.

As a result of conscientious and rigorous professional work, their wines have won serious recognition at numerous domestic and international competitions – Bordeaux, Brussels, Paris.

Storage

Store at 10-15 degrees, in a dark, closed place, consume within 1-2 days after opening.
