Use 

We recommend brushing your teeth for at least 2 minutes, at least twice a day. When brushing your teeth, make sure your child swallows as little toothpaste as possible. If you deem it necessary, ensure fluoride intake from other sources.

Storage

Store at room temperature.
Can be used for 6 months after opening.
