Ingredients
1 kg pork leg, 1 kg potatoes, 1 packet of Horváth Rozi Brassói aprópecsenye fűszerkeverék, 1 head of onion, oil.
Preparation
- Wash the meat, pat dry, and cut into 2×2 cm cubes. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into cubes of the same size.
- Sauté the onion in oil in a pan until glassy, then add the meat cubes, brown them, sprinkle with Horváth Rozi Brassói aprópecsenye fűszerkeverék, add a little water and simmer until tender.
- Fry the potatoes in plenty of hot oil and carefully mix them with the meat.
- Serve hot with mixed salad and pickles.
