Himalaya Ayurvedic toothpaste with natural fluoride

Instructions for use

Brush your teeth thoroughly at least twice a day! Children 6 years of age or younger should brush their teeth under parental supervision with a pea-sized amount! Do not swallow the toothpaste and rinse thoroughly after brushing! If you are taking fluoride from other sources, ask your dentist or doctor for advice!

Store at room temperature.
