Tatratea 62% Forest Fruit is a tea-based herbal liqueur, which is a harmonious composition of natural ingredients. The finest alcohol, alpine herbs, first-class black tea, sugar, fruit extracts and distillates, and Tatra mountain spring water make it complete. The second strongest Tatratea is also enriched with forest fruit extracts. Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries give it such a unique taste that it is very difficult not to fall in love with it.

The characteristic flavour of red tea is enriched with the natural flavour of rosehip, all reminiscent of a hot, harmonious autumn evening with a hot tea in our hands. Sea buckthorn has many known physiological effects and its high antioxidant content makes it an excellent choice for health-conscious consumers. Consume it as a long drink with tonic or as a hot drink with fresh tea.

Ingredients
40ml TATRATEA 62%, 30ml Tokaji wine as a cardinal (based on strawberry, raspberry, blackberry leaf), 20ml balsamic grenadine (dissolve brown sugar in balsamic vinegar in a 2:1 ratio), half freshly squeezed lemon juice, quince jam, strawberry leaves for decoration.

Preparation

1. To make the Tokaji cardinal, heat a Tokaji wine to 75 degrees.
2. Soak dried strawberry, raspberry and blackberry leaves in it for 7-8 minutes.
3. Strain, then shake all the ingredients together and garnish with a strawberry leaf.

Producer information

The magic is created during the two- to three-step extraction process. The best ingredients are extracted to create the heart of TATRATEA. Small pieces of herbs are trapped during the filtration process. This is how the drink achieves its flawless purity. All good things take time. The ingredients mature in a tank for 8 weeks and gently blend together thanks to time and oxygen. Then all unwanted ingredients are separated through a mechanical filtration. The power of nature also flows into the drink through the spring water from the mountains. So every bottle contains a little bit of the High Tatras. The other ingredients are also added to achieve the excellent taste. The exact blend is the result of long trials and tireless improvements.

Storage
