Sliced bread made with wheat and barley flour, flavoured with sliced olives and Mediterranean spices, long dough maturation, fine flavour.

Paillasse is a particularly fine type of bread, which is made truly delicious by its unique production technology. The secrets of its unmistakable flavour include the use of little yeast, the long resting time of the dough and, of course, the unique flour mixture used. Its aroma is provided by natural ingredients only. It contains no preservatives, flavour enhancers or other artificial additives. Sliced green and black olives, flavoured with Mediterranean spices, long dough maturation, sourdough bread.

In 2004, the company moved from Budapest to Szigetszentmiklós, where production takes place in a state-of-the-art factory building equipped with modern technology on a 1-hectare property owned by the company, in accordance with strict food safety, quality assurance (HACCP, BRC) and technological regulations.

Their employees carry out their work in compliance with good manufacturing and hygiene practices, as well as food safety and environmental protection regulations, so that their products can always be consumed safely. Their products are manufactured and delivered under controlled conditions, with regular inspections.
