The 4-egg dry pasta is made of excellent quality, homemade, fresh eggs, preserving the character of the traditional, village-kneaded pasta.
In 1998, we obtained the ISO 9002 quality assurance certificate, which ensures quality through constant self-monitoring. Developing this further, in 2001 we also met the criteria of the ISO 9002-2000 system. In 2000, we also introduced the HACCP system, which regulates the production process. Since April 2004, our company has been producing its homemade products under the ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance system. Soós Tészta Kft. has begun preparing for the introduction of IFS (Food Safety Management System). The planned date of the audit is December 2004. The introduction and operation of the IFS system provides further guarantee for (even) safer production, traceability of finished products, and product recall. In recognition of the quality policy of Soós Tészta Kft. - as the sole manufacturer in the pasta industry - on September 1, 2004, it received the "Hungarian Product Grand Prize" Certificate of Appreciation in the Hungarian Parliament.
Our product range extends from pasta types that form the basis of traditional Hungarian cuisine to pasta types used every day in modern Italian cuisine. Our homemade dry pasta is made using carefully selected fresh eggs.
