Fruit purees enriched with cereals can be offered as a snack, afternoon snack or dessert from 4-6 months of age. The fibre content of the products contributes to maintaining a balanced digestion. The introduction of gluten is recommended from about 4-6 months of age. Fruit purees made with wholemeal cereals, baby biscuits or rusks are ideal for introducing gluten. Contains no added sugar.
