A blend of lots sourced from Kenya’s central and western regions, selected based on cup profile. Notes of bergamot, berries and lemongrass come through on the nose; the body is full, distinctive and silky, with mild-to-medium acidity. Made from carefully selected beans, with controlled fermentation and washed processing.
Use
After grinding, it can be prepared for espresso, moka pot, filter coffee or French press. Adjust the grind size and dose to the chosen brewing method.
