About the brand

The history of Dr. Oetker dates back to 1891, when pharmacist Dr. August Oetker developed the baking powder that is now considered a classic. The company's headquarters are still located in Bielefeld, but Dr. Oetker products are available in 40 countries worldwide outside of Germany. European and overseas organizations employ nearly 8,000 people. Throughout the company's more than 100-year history, the Oetker family has always played an active role in its management.

In Hungary, Oetker products appeared shortly after the company's founding, at the beginning of the last century. Today, 350 people work in the Budapest office and the Jánossomorja production plant. The brand is present in grocery stores with more than a hundred different products, almost all of which are the most popular in their respective categories. Best before stored at -18°C or lower: until the end of the month indicated on the side of the box (month/year). Quick-frozen product. Protect from thawing! Do not refreeze after thawing!
