This coffee is one of the most challenging to roast, which is why we placed great emphasis during roasting on preserving its unique character derived from its processing method, without the slightest hint of burning. Prepared as an espresso, it's a true flavour bomb, but the experience isn't lost with milk either: the coffee's flavour notes return in a creamier and softer form.
