Wide selection: White wine vinegar and red wine vinegar are produced from carefully selected Hungarian wines, while apple cider vinegar is made from fresh apples, using biological fermentation. Vinegar produced by biological fermentation is part of a healthy diet. Chef's vinegar, made from wine or fruit wine, retains the biologically important components of the fruits during fermentation, such as amino acids, B vitamins, and trace elements essential for human metabolism. Therefore, salads prepared with vinegar contribute to maintaining health. 

Thanks to its centuries-old vinegar production traditions, Chef has always produced high-quality products. Products can only leave their modern production facility, which has existed since 1853, after a strict quality control process.
