Marks and Spencer Vegetable Selection with Broccoli and Cauliflower Florets, Green Peas and Sweet Mini Carrots

Our vegetable mix contains crispy broccoli, tender cauliflower, sweet green peas, and vibrant Chantenay carrots. Hand-harvested from M&S Select Farms' trusted growers and flash-frozen to lock in freshness, this mix is a source of Vitamin C and one of your five-a-day, adding fresh, British-grown goodness to your meals. This vegetable mix features our Eat Well flower, so you know it's a healthy choice and can be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet.

Preparation

Microwave from frozen: Place 250g of product into a microwaveable dish. Add a little water. Cover with a microwaveable plate. 750W - 5 minutes, 900W - 4 minutes. After heating, let stand for 1 minute. Longer cooking time is required for larger quantities. Drain well.

Boiling: Place 250g of product into boiling water. Bring back to a boil, cover and cook for 3-5 minutes. Do not reheat. The product must be cooked. Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
