Our Scottish Wholetail Scampi contains succulent, responsibly sourced langoustine tails, coated in our signature golden breadcrumbs. Hand-packed and frozen for maximum freshness and flavour.
Preparation
Preheat the oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a preheated baking tray. Cook from frozen for 15-18 minutes in an electric oven at 220°C, a fan oven at 200°C, or a gas oven at Gas Mark 7. Do not reheat. Store in a freezer at -18°C. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
