Pumpkin cubes rich in Vitamin A, carefully selected for their flavour. Bake in the oven or cook on the hob, then drain thoroughly and season to taste. 1 serving counts towards your 5 a day. Approximately 6 servings.
Preparation
Oven - Preheat the oven. Remove all packaging. Spread the product evenly on a lightly oiled baking tray and place in the middle of the oven. Cooking time from frozen is 25–30 minutes at 200°C in an electric oven, 180°C in a fan oven, or Gas Mark 6 in a gas oven. Turn halfway through cooking. Pot - Place the required amount into a pan of boiling water. Bring back to the boil, cover, then simmer for 6-8 minutes. Drain and serve. Do not reheat.
