Marks and Spencer Chantenay Carrots
Soft and sweet Chantenay carrots, sourced from M&S Select Farms and freshly frozen.
Preparation
BOILING: Add the product to boiling water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
MICROWAVE: Place 250g of product into a microwaveable dish. Add a small amount of water. Cover with a microwaveable plate. Cook at 750W for 5 minutes 30 seconds, or at 900W for 5 minutes. After heating, let stand for 1 minute. Drain well and season to taste. Do not reheat. Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Consume on the day of purchase if not kept frozen.
