CooKit Hoi Sin Udon Noodles with Pork

Required tools:

• a large skillet or wok
• a medium saucepan
• slotted spoon
• cutting board
• knife
• wooden spoon

What's in the kit:

• 200 g sliced roasted pork tenderloin
• 150 g udon noodles
• 100 g carrots
• 70 g hoisin sauce
• 70 g leeks
• 40 g celery
• 5 g black sesame seeds

What's not in the kit. Use from your own pantry.

• 50 ml vegetable oil
• a pinch of salt

Preparation before cooking

• Slice the celery.
• Cut the carrots into strips.
• Slice the leeks into rings.
• Remove the meat from the bag and separate the strips.

Cooking the noodles

• Put 0.5 liters of water in the saucepan and bring to a boil.
• Add the noodles and stir.
• Bring to a boil, then cook for 6 minutes from the boiling point.
• Drain the noodles and let them drip.

Cooking the vegetables and meat

• Heat the oil in the pan to a high temperature.
• Add the meat and fry for 1 minute.
• Add the carrots, celery, leeks, and fry for 30 seconds.
• Reduce the heat to medium.
• Add the hoisin sauce and noodles, mix thoroughly, and heat for 2 minutes.
• Season with salt to taste.

Serving

• Serve in a bowl or on a plate.
• Sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds.
