The Székely potato is like rock and roll: it came from America, took root, and became a necessity of life. In Transylvania, potato growing has centuries of production experience and tradition, and this is especially true in Székelyföld.

During the processing of the potato, only high-quality, GMO-free raw materials are used. During the baking process, a special, 100% sunflower oil is used, which, thanks to its high oleic acid and unsaturated fatty acid content, can have a good effect on cholesterol levels. They do not use preservatives, and all spices and the entire plant are certified gluten-free.
