Preparation

Just mix with cold water, milk or your favourite milk substitute and the FiberShake will turn into a thick, drinkable wonder after 1 minute.✨ However, if instead of a shake you would rather spoon it as a pudding, just wait 4 minutes! The beneficial fibres will thicken into a very fine, creamy dessert.

We are Fanni and Bálint Vadász, the founders of the activé brand. We created activé FiberShakes in 2018 with the aim of bringing fibre consumption habits closer to professional recommendations. In our mid-20s, the hectic everyday life constantly caused problems in solving quality meals. We were looking for a product that is rich in fibre, easy and quick to prepare, contains only natural ingredients, and most importantly, is delicious.

We didn't find it, so we created it: after lengthy product development, FiberShake was born, which is made from 100% natural ingredients and gut-friendly ingredients. A single dose provides a third of our recommended daily fibre requirement.
