The quickest and easiest way to consume it is to put a heaped teaspoon of UKKO Vital Greens powder into 2-3 dl of freshly squeezed fruit juice, other fibrous fruit juice, or milk or plant-based milk, and shake well.

• The green powder does not dissolve, it only mixes, so it is easier to consume with thicker liquids (fibrous, milk, smoothies).
• Be careful not to put it in hot food, do not bake or cook it, as it can lose a lot of its micronutrient content.
• If aesthetics are important to you, mix it with white, green or yellow foods. If you do this, you will get beautifully green delicacies.
• If you don't blend it, but just add it to orange juice, for example, it is better to shake it rather than stir it!
