Producer information

Kanálka Manufaktúra is a truly family-run business, where not only good atmosphere and quality production are important, but also social responsibility. To this end, they do the following.

• Production generates minimal waste, as the skins of the vegetables are composted.
• They work with a plastic-free process: the incoming vegetables are stored in crates, the delicacies are packaged in reusable jars, which are recommended to be collected selectively.
• They process seasonal vegetables and fruits, thus reducing the use of refrigerators.
• Transport between Királyhegyes and Budapest often involves carpooling, thus reducing the company's ecological footprint.
• Our employees cycle to work in Királyhegyes, and in Budapest they scooter to the office.

Storage

Store in a dry, cool place. Can be consumed for 5 days after opening, store in the refrigerator.
