Spiced, long-time, low-temperature Sous Vide beef ribs with BBQ sauce

Preparation suggestion:

• In the oven: Preheat the oven (convection) to 200°C. Remove the ribs from the packaging, place them on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C. Brush with the BBQ sauce found in the package and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes. The baking time may vary depending on the temperature. 
• On the grill: Remove the ribs from the packaging and place them on the grill grate. Grill for 15 minutes at 200°C, then brush with the BBQ sauce found in the package and cook for another 10 minutes until done.
