Nyakas Bio Sauvignon blanc

A member of the Nyakas Pince Bio wine series. The wide range of aromas, from mineral notes to elderflower, gooseberry and citrus fruits, is almost limitless. It goes perfectly with spicy appetizers, fried and boiled fish, and marinated roasts.

Producer information
Their estate is located in the Etyek-Buda wine region, in the small settlement at the foot of Nyakas Hill, which is simply called "Tök". They primarily produce fresh, reductive white wines rich in aromas and flavors. They currently cultivate grapes on 187 hectares (88% white grapes, 12% red grapes), their processing capacity is 14,000 hl of wine, and they have a 470 m² warehouse for storage. Their wines reach the maximum of their sensory characteristics and bouquet primarily in bottles, in a reduced environment.

Storage
Store at 10-15 degrees, in a dark, closed place, consume within 1-2 days after opening.
