Zilda A2 Natural Curd Cheese
A truly popular, delicious and special cheese variety, which originally comes from Southern Italy and has now conquered the whole world. Who wouldn't know the always stretchy, mouth-watering cheeses on food? Their popularity lies in the fact that their texture is very flexible, their taste is extremely milky, so they can be used in a wide range. What is worth knowing about ZILDA natural curd cheese is that its salt content is very low. It is not the salty taste, but rather the taste of the raw material, the milk, that dominates the product, which is made from GMO-free, A2 raw material, without the use of additives and colorants. Suggested use: As it is not a distinctive cheese, it is excellent for sandwiches, roasted meats and stuffed into meats, grated into stews, as an insert for cream soups. Only imagination can set limits to its use.

ZILDA would like to introduce consumers to A2 milk and dairy products.
What is worth knowing about A2 products:
- There is no change in taste or texture compared to products made from A1 milk
- The difference between A1 and A2 is only the change of a single amino acid
- This small change can have many positive physiological effects in our body
- Thanks to the difference in amino acids, peptides are produced during digestion, which can have a blood pressure lowering effect, or can even have a beneficial effect on type 1 diabetics.
The products are made from GMO-free, A2, whole milk, following the concept of Farm to Table, without added colors and additives. For them, this is what really means the quality mark.
Producer information
The main activity of Makrom Kft., founded in 1992, is cattle breeding and the plant cultivation serving it. The ZILDA Dairy Plant, completed in 2019, joined this to process and sell the produced milk. They currently farm on an area of nearly 800 hectares. Since one of the secrets of high-quality milk is a well-fed cow, they pay great attention to the diet of their animals. In order to produce quality milk, they also plant their plants in quality soil. It is very important for them to harvest every plant at the most optimal stage of development, so they can provide their animals with the best nutritional value feed.
It is worth knowing about their milk that since the beginning it has been of extra quality, and has also met the requirements of GMO-free milk in domestic and international accreditation. Most of their cows have A2A2 genetics, so they already produce the "original milk". Since March 2022, they have been producing their products from A2 milk. The Holstein-Friesian Association was the first in Hungary to declare them as a herd performing genomic selection on A2 individuals. Makrom Kft. ZILDA Dairy Processing Plant won the 2nd prize in the "Product Fee for Hungarian Animal Husbandry 2022" competition with its application entitled "New A2 Dairy Products from ZILDA".
