Spicy goose liver pieces and cream made from roasted goose liver with goose fat. It has a pleasantly intense aroma and taste characteristic of the natural spices used, the goose liver, and goose fat. The product has a spreadable texture, with smaller and larger pieces of roasted goose liver mixed with fat, and the product is covered with goose fat on top. Small specks, discolorations, and tiny air bubbles may be visible in the liver part due to the natural spices.
Our product made from roasted goose liver represents an intense Hungarian (but not paprika-based), slightly marjoram-flavored taste profile. It is ideal for those who like to spice up their bread with goose fat with a little bit of spicy roasted goose liver.
Recipe
Cut the baguette into finger-thick slices. Take the product out of the refrigerator and mix the liver pieces at the bottom of the container with the fat on top, then pile it onto the baguette slices. Sprinkle some chives on top and it's ready. Enjoy your meal!
