Collagen is the most important structural protein, a component of all connective tissues, including skin, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and bones. Suggested Use

For TITOK Multivitamin, water-soluble ingredients have been separated from fat-soluble ones; each small sachet containing a daily dose includes 5 powder capsules and 1 oil capsule. It is recommended to take the capsules with a few sips of liquid during a meal. (At breakfast or lunch, preferably not at dinner). All capsules can be taken at once, but due to the high vitamin and mineral content, it is more beneficial to take the two identical, smaller orange capsules separately, one at each meal. It is suggested to take one at breakfast and the other at lunch, thereby avoiding gastrointestinal discomfort for those sensitive to it.
The daily dose of TITOK Fish Collagen Peptides + MSM has been set at 5.75 grams, which is one-thirtieth of the total monthly dose in the sachet. Dosing can be more flexible; it's not a problem if you take a little more one day and a little less another. It can be mixed into any liquid at any time of day. It can even be sipped from the top of water placed in an espresso cup, followed by a few sips of water, even without mixing and before it dissolves. It can also be a great way to start the day mixed into a delicious breakfast smoothie.
Contraindications: The product contains crystal vanillin. Consumption is not recommended in case of sensitivity to this ingredient. Only consume with your doctor's approval if you are taking Warfarin or Coumarin (Vitamin K antagonist) type anticoagulants. Warning: do not exceed the recommended daily intake! Food supplements do not replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
