Dosage recommendation

The water-soluble ingredients have been separated from the fat-soluble ones, and each small sachet containing the daily dose contains 1 oil capsule in addition to 5 powder capsules. It is recommended to take the capsules with a few sips of liquid, during meals. (At breakfast or lunch, preferably not at dinner). All capsules can be taken at once, but due to the high vitamin and mineral content, it is more advantageous to take the two identical, smaller orange capsules separately, i.e. at different meals. It is recommended to take one at breakfast and the other at lunch, thus avoiding digestive discomfort for those who are sensitive to it. Contraindications: The product contains crystalline vanillin. Its consumption is not recommended in case of sensitivity to the ingredient. Only consume with the approval of your doctor if you are taking Warfarin or Coumarin (vitamin K antagonist) type anticoagulants. Warning: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake! The food supplement does not replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
