IDS Pérail Noble mould ripened soft fat sheep cheese
Pérail is a unique cheese made from whole Lacaune sheep's milk. The Pérail terroir extends south of the Massif Central. The breeder and cheesemaker work in the greatest respect for pastoral traditions to give Pérail cheese this sweet and delicate flavour. Pérail sheep curd can be eaten on its own, accompanied or cooked.
One thing is for sure, Pérail cheese will take you on a long journey of flavours where finesse and smoothness are combined.
